1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order (before production begins)
  • For standard products: Up to 48 hours after order confirmation
  • For custom products: Cancellation is only possible before production starts

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered for the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged products upon delivery
  • Products that do not match the specifications ordered

  • Products not delivered within the agreed delivery schedule (case-by-case basis)

Note: Custom-made products and personalized items are generally not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit photos or evidence if claiming defective/damaged products
  • Return the products in original condition (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

5. Exchanges

Product exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply
  • Size or specification changes may incur additional charges

6. Partial Refunds

  • Partially damaged orders
